Not baked, not Wednesday
Monday morning was a surprise for us in that Pramod did his Bake Wednesday a couple of days early, and it wasn’t baked - he brought us a south Indian dish, Idli with coconut chutney and samber. Take my word for it, the flavours in this are amazing.

Oaty raisin chocolate cookies
Wednesday 20th of June - walking into the office to be greeted by the smell of Matt’s bake Wednesday - fresh oaty raisin chocolate cookies was just superb. Everyday should smell so good.

Scrummy yummy carrot cake
Wednesday 13th of June had Zoe treating us to amazing cake that indeed lives up to its name (Scrummy yummy carrot cake!) - fresh from the fridge, it was cool and refreshing. Brilliant baking!

Honey and walnut cake and, erm, mushrooms
Wednesday 6th of June saw Sam’s first bake Wednesday - he brought us delicious honey and walnut cake (which I’m still waiting for the recipe for, ahem) and.. mushrooms. Not being a mushroom fan, I was dubious, but these badboys were a good surprise!
